The system set up here is for your total convenience, all you need do is tick off the services you require for your particular property management and we will send you a quote to your email with an agreement.

Weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly/Seasonal Property & Security Checks 
A thorough inspection will be made of your property with a report being forwarded to you.

Welcome Packs & Advance Shopping Service 
You select the items you require for your arrival to ensure you receive the items to meet your needs.

Cleaning
From seasonal opening and closing, pre and after visit, to deep cleans after building works, we can arrange and ensure everything is in good order for your arrival.

Key Holding
We will keep a minimum of 2 sets of keys in our safe.

Bill/Tax Payments 
We will ensure bills associated with your property are paid on time. This service is provided on the proviso that a minimum float is set up.

Translating Community Meetings/ Minutes & Emailing 
We will obtain minutes from community meetings, translate them and email them to you to ensure you are kept informed with the on goings relating to your property.

Arranging Contractors
We will notify you of any problems, take photographs, obtain quotes and on your approval arrange the necessary work to be completed. On completion we will take more photographs to ensure you are happy with the work carried out.

Advertising Property For Rental
We will advertise your property for rental on our sister website Kusadasi Property Store.

Organising Rental Booking Calendar
We will set up a booking calendar to ensure both you and our team are aware of availability of your property.

Collecting Rental Deposits & Confirming Bookings
You will be fully informed of any confirmation of bookings and arrangements made for the collection of deposits.

Checking Inventory & Returning Breakage Deposits
You supply us with an inventory for us to check after rentals before any breakage deposits are returned.

Meeting & Greeting Clients & Guests
Whenever possible, we will meet and greet your clients or guests to ensure they are happy and informed of any relevant information on arrival.

Mail Collection
We can collect and hold or forward any mail sent to your property in line with any arrangements made. I.E. Weekly, monthly, bi monthly etc.

Opening/Closing Property 
We will ensure that electric, water and all appliances are operational at the beginning of the rental or season and switched off at the end of the rental or season.

Opening Bank Accounts
We are able to assist with the opening of bank accounts and setting up of any necessary direct debit payments.

Gardening
We can arrange garden maintenance to your specification throughout the year.

Pool Maintenance
We can ensure that your swimming pool is correctly maintained throughout the year.
