Diamond Service (375€/Yearly)
Our diamond package is yet another option of a pre-organised property management package that you may prefer to choose. Our company has many years experience in property management and thus suggested this additional package. Below you will see clearly what this choice provides you with in terms of service in order to meet your needs of management for your property...
- Maintain and implement payments, an amount of €500 is paid into the company account and all receipts are kept in your file for your (water, electricity, telephone, ADSL and insurance).
- Post Service (Your personal mail is kept in a file, urgent matters are mailed to you).
- Fortnightly visual inspections, external and internal checks, ventilation, check for leaks.
- All property keys are kept in a safe at all times in our secure office.
- Deliver keys to people that you rent to, (please note we are not responsible if other persons have a key).
- On entering and leaving the house a itinary checklist is undertaken by our
personel.
- Emergency call outs: We are available outside office hours for you and your tenants in urgent circumstances.

- Maintenance Private Swimming Pool (Various Maintenance Contracts, to be discussed in accordance with clients needs).
